Perfect for a family getaway
Exploring the nearby market was a delight, where fresh fish and artisanal bread caught our fancy. The spacious apartment was perfect for our family of four.
However, we wished for a more detailed welcome guide. It would have helped us navigate local transport and nearby facilities without extensive research.

Staying at this hotel was a treat for my family! We loved the spacious apartment, especially the cozy sofa bed where the kids could relax after a day of exploring. It was a short trip to the city, making our outings easy and fun.
My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site, maybe a game room or pool area would be great.

Amazing Stay with Beautiful Views
We had a wonderful time in our spacious apartment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, which was perfect for our family needs. The location was serene, close to local amenities like bakeries and quaint restaurants, allowing us to enjoy a laid-back atmosphere while being just a short trip from the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with useful tips for exploring Amsterdam. However, it would have been great to have daily housekeeping during our stay.

The two-bedroom apartment was fantastic! Super spacious with its own en suite and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook, and having a washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. The location felt peaceful, away from the hustle but still easy to get to central Amsterdam. Beds were comfy—definitely a plus for a good night's sleep.

The apartment offered a fantastic space for my family. It felt like our second home. Cleanliness stood out. everything sparkled. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to whip up meals. We appreciated the comfortable beds, too. The view of the canal was lovely and gave us a nice sense of the local area. Transport links were close, saving us time getting around Amsterdam. However, the location is slightly away from the center. It took us about half an hour to walk to central attractions, which was a nice stroll but worth considering. The communication about payment was a bit confusing prior to arrival. I received a message about needing a different payment method, but it was cleared up before I left. Staff were friendly and accommodating, sharing local insights and letting us use coffee from the lobby machine. Overall, a solid place for families who want a spacious, clean base to explore from, with minor adjustments needed in communication and central access.

I found the Numa Amsterdam Docklands to be beautifully decorated, creating a cozy yet modern ambiance. The large, well-equipped living space and accessible facilities made my stay very comfortable as a senior traveler.
More detailed cleaning supplies would be helpful.

The apartment offered impressive kitchen facilities that allowed for decent self-catering, which was greatly appreciated. Spacious bedrooms provided ample room to move around, making it a family-friendly option.
The limited kitchenware was a real hassle. with only enough plates and utensils for a small group, cooking became a struggle. The sofa bed lacked comfort, leaving one member of the family wishing for a decent night's sleep. As for ventilation, the lone window that barely opened made it challenging to bring in any fresh air. Also, the location is a distance from central attractions. with a dining scene that shuts down early, options for food were a scramble, adding to the inconvenience.

The apartment's floor could have been cleaner.

Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering.
we found dust and dirt upon arrival. The receptionist's lack of friendliness made checking in a chore rather than a pleasant experience. Additionally, the advertised soundproofing was non-existent, as we could hear every noise from above and outside.
